| Always honest with us and don't try to sell us things we don't need or upsell to more expensive brand. Appreciate that and trust them. The problem with being soo good is everyone you tell about your mechanics goes there and then hard to get an appointment. |

| I have used you for a number of years and always been pleased with your work. However this time before I brought my car in I stated I would need my car in the afternoon. My appointment was for the morning I brought my car in the night before so you would have it I did not get my car back until closing.i had to hire someone to do my runs in the afternoon. Was not happy |
